Why do the other candidates hate Mitt Romney?

Why do the other candidates hate Mitt Romney?  A good question but the suggested reasons (he’s too perfect and formidable) seem too convenient. Perhaps it’s more of the fact that McCain doesn’t seem to like anyone and Huckabee is most threatened by Romney compounded by the Press’ animosity.  But it does seem Romney doesn’t get much love from anyone other than his own supporters.
